Refund Policy

Returns:

You have 30 days to return a device to DZ Custom Innovations, LLC after the date of purchase.

All Returns must first be approved by DZ Custom Innovations, LLC and must be clearly marked with our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the box. Returned Items that do not have this number on the box will be refused and shipped back to sender. Do not send back items to the return label, as they will be lost and we do not offer any sort of refund in this case. It is your duty to contact us to determine the proper return shipping address – DO NOT RETURN THE ITEMS to the ADDRESS on the LABEL.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returned Items must be in Original Packaging in Brand New Condition. Any item that is returned is charged a 35% restocking and repackaging fee. This fee is charged for returning and replacing the item in sellable condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund in a timely manner, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@dz-custom-innovations.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
